Does hosting include building my website?
No. This plan hosts an existing website. Web design is quoted separately.
What is a domain?
It is the address customers type, such as yourbusiness.com. Registration and renewal are separate from hosting.
Is the annual option charged every month?
No. The complete year is charged upfront. The monthly equivalent is shown for comparison.
Are email accounts included?
No. Business email is charged per mailbox. You can add it or buy it independently.
Can I keep my current hosting?
Yes, if it suits your website. If you want to move, I review the migration and confirm costs first.
What does support include?
Initial setup and hosting incident management. Redesigns, coding, content changes and infected-site cleanup are separate work. Service hours are confirmed in your agreement.
How does renewal work?
Before your period ends, I confirm the current renewal price and terms. You decide whether to continue.
